This morning we hit Lums Pond State Park with Natalie, Connor and Logan. The kids had a great time. Kieran has really been missing his old buds and had a blast with Connor. Would you believe I totally forgot to get pictures of them today? I did get shots of the babies. Jenna and Logan hung out eating wood chips. Yummy.
Later this afternoon I took Kieran and Jenna up to get the mail at the Post Office. We hung out and watched the tug boats and Kieran climbed a tree, his new favorite thing. We were there for a good while but my allergies have been out of control the past few days. I was ok this morning but as the day progressed they got worse. I'm a mess!
I feel terrible though because as of right now (6pm) Jenna is even more of a mess. I think it may have to do with the allergy meds I'm taking. She has slept about 20-25 minutes total today and she's just miserable but she just won't or can't sleep. She wasn't like this yesterday so I'll have to look at what I took today as opposed to yesterday and see what could be bothering her. Poor thing.
As the night is going on both kids are becoming miserable. Here's tonight's conversation with Kieran.
Me - "Kieran, I'm going to take a shower."
Kieran - "No Mommy, I want to take a shower"
Me- "Well come upstairs and take a shower"
Kieran - "NO!!! (freaks out) Later!"
Me- "Well then I'm going to take mine now and you can take yours later."
Kieran - "No!! I want to take a shower!"
Me- "Well then take a shower."
Kieran- "No!!(freaks out again) Later!!!"
Me- "Well then I'm going to take a shower"
Kieran - "NO!!!!!.................
Do you see where this is going? This went on for 10 minutes.
