The Haircut

Yesterday was Jenna's 9 month Pediatrician visit. Everything checked out ok. No shots this time around, thank goodness. She weighed in at a WHOPPING 25 lbs 7 oz and 30 1/4 inches long. That's unbelievable to me. It's been making me nervous. Especially since Kieran was 22 lbs at one year. I think I was 21 lbs at a year. (am I right, Mom?) Dr. Clark says that she's pretty consistently growing on a curve and since she already hit all of the mobility stages for her age (crawling, climbing, cruising etc)it's not something that's hindering her progress. Not to worry, she says. That doesn't help me. Tripp's nephew was 30 lbs at 9 months and he slimmed down once he started walking.

Afterwards we took Kieran to get his hair cut. It was much needed. I'm not a fan of the way she cut his bangs. I'm thinking "bowl cut" when I see it. It's not that bad but I still don't like it.
