Mother's Day

Sunday we went up to my parent's house to celebrate Mother's Day with my Mom and Grandmother. It was a quiet day because it was just the 7 of us.

My Dad, Tripp and I took the kids over to Zelly Field, a park I used to play at when I was a kid. It has since changed a bit since they built the "new" play area back in 1992, a classic now. It's just so amazing to bring my kids to the very same park that brought me such great childhood memories; tennis with Lauren and Courtney, my brother's t-ball games, playing on the park equipment with my friends-great memories.

Here are a few shots from our visit. We actually had the first "family picture" taken in a while. Boy, could I use some makeup...among other things. It was a very windy day so my hair is sticking out but I'm pretty sure no one cares about that. ;-)
