Birthday Celebrations

This week we celebrated Kieran's 4th birthday with family and friends. We cut this year's celebrations from 3 to 2. Last year Kieran had 3 celebrations, maybe even 4 (one for each playgroup and one for each side of the family)and it went to his head a bit. This year we cut it back to 2.

The first party was Saturday at Moonbounce Adventures in Boothwyn. Unfortunatly we had to cut back on who we invited from DE because we had so many of our friends and family from NJ and PA and CT there. It was also the only time my family would be able to get together to celebrate Kieran's birthday. It gets not only expensive but a bit out of hand. We had 20 kids and 52 adults total. Because it is an 8 and under facility it also made it really hard for those who have older kids. It's a real fun place and it's kind of like dangling raw meat in front of a hungry lion. For those over 8 we were afraid it would be like "well, you can stand there and watch but you can't go in!"

AND....I haven't had time to post this! A huge congrats to the Wurzer family for the addition of their new baby boy. Derek Jacob Wurzer was born April 22nd. Congrats to Keith, Laura and Derek's big brother Justin.

I am so behind on my posts. Jenna refuses to leave me alone when I get on the computer and fights me to use the keyboard and mouse. It's a real pain.
