This morning was Kieran's first day of soccer at Kirkwood Soccer Club. He's in the Kirkaroos class which is for the 3 year olds. He had a BLAST. I really think he's going to enjoy it. He was really following along with the coach. I went in with him for the first half hour until they took a drink break. He discovered that there was a Dippin' Dots ice cream machine out in the hallway and threw a fit that he wasn't able to have any. SO, he pouted on the soccer field and wouldn't participate. The coach would get him motivated and he'd participate and then pout again. Tripp and I traded places (I was originally with Kieran and he was with Jenna) and I think that was a fresh start for Kieran. He was back into participating again. Here are a few shots from class today. With the net there they're a bit out of focus but he's in red. So does this make me a Minivan driving Soccer Mom? ;-)
