In the evening the kids and I usually go outside and wait for Tripp to get home.

I hit Petsmart the other day with the kids and Kieran noticed a big bag of corn cobs they sell for feeding the squirrels. Since we have SO many squirrels I thought it would be a fun thing for Kieran and I to do together.

Can I tell you there was not a squirrel to be found yesterday? Nowhere. How disappointing. Instead we watched the creatures on the butterfly bush. We had a beautiful butterfly, a really neat grasshopper and a Praying Mantis. (and yes, he still has some of those Spiderman bandaids on from Thursday)

Miss Jenna has been all over the place the past few days. She's really attempting to climb. We had to move her crib mattress down to the very bottom setting because she was trying to pull herself up. The crawling is progressing. She goes a foot or two then backs herself back into a sitting position. AND she's getting quite a temper. Diaper changes and getting dressed are making her mad because she wants to be on the go. Wasn't I supposed to have a few more months of peace? ;-)
