Easter Cookie Creations

Yesterday afternoon Jenna took a late nap. I felt bad because Kieran really wanted to go to the park and play. Instead he decorated Easter cookies from a pre-made cookie kit I picked up at BJ's. He really enjoyed it and it kept him occupied for a good while.

In case you're wondering, yes, he's doing this on our couch. We started on the dining room table and he didn't want to sit and decorate he wanted to stand but couldn't really reach. The couch was a great height for him. It's leather so it cleans well and I have to say he was rather neat about the whole thing. Even if it did get on the carpet I wasn't worried. That carpet is long on it's way out. The only reason why it is still here is because of spills. (and play doh) That's why we have a carpet cleaner. Once the kids are a bit neater (is that wishful thinking?)we'll get something new.
