Washing the Wagon

I can't believe how lazy I have been with the camera lately. We spent the last 2 weekends at my parent's beach house and I have absolutely no pictures of anything beach related. Some has to do with last year's experience with a few grains of sand getting in my lens that almost destroyed my camera. Then there's having to lug everything on the beach. Not that it's far to go if we forget something but when you've got one that wants to be in the water all day (Kieran) and one who practically panics and clings when water gets near her but still wants to play in the sand near the water, it doesn't make it easy to leave.
The first weekend we were all there; Tripp, the kids and I and my parents. Last weekend it was just the kids, my parents and I. I have absolutely no pictures from the first weekend and just a few from the second one.

Early Friday morning the kids helped me wash our wagon in the back of the beach house. We brought it to help us lug everything onto the beach but it really needed a good cleaning. Even Pop Pop helped out after 9 holes of golf. We also discovered that the pen in the back can be used as a play area. The original owners of the house must have had a dog so the pen was there when my parents bought the house. I have no idea why but the kids had a great time in it! Go figure.
Last but not least was Kieran friday night. He passed out at the dinner table after a long day of wave jumping and boogie boarding with his new friend Aidan.
